The Hermitage Hotel

They make you feel like a rockstar. From the time of arrival to the time of checkout, the entire staff around the hotel were just amazingly providing stellar customer service. Beautiful rooms and nice amenities.

All right, let me explain my review. 10 years ago I got married here and it was the most fabulous experience I could have ever expected. Why didn't I give it all five stars? I'm not a fan of downtown. That's it. Now, I stayed in a suite that evening, which was amazing, but I've been back and it's just really nice all together. The valet, door men, to reception and all, they are so supportive and friendly. Really quite an experience if you're interested in not another cookie cutter hotel. It has history and elegance. Definitely recommend

Being displaced by the ice storm we were concerned about finding a place for us and our dog. The Hermitage excelled in every way: every member of staff was friendly, capable and accommodating to us all. The room was more than comfortable. Service was superb. Food quality and in room dining were top notch. Management went above and beyond to assist the many stressed Nashvillians who arrived due to their extended power outage and sub freezing temperatures. We all felt very much at home, albeit a pampered one! Thank you for all you did.

Probably my favorite hotel ever, based on the impeccable facilities, historic ties to the women’s suffrage movement, and the excellent service. The turndown service was my absolute favorite, but all the staff was amazing, they remembered my name from day 1, and were very attentive with every detail. 100% recommend this hotel when visiting Nashville.

Amazing hotel with superb service and attention to detail. Every staff member from the initial vallet friendly smile, through professional and polite reception provides truly exceptional service. The rooms are spacious, with typical five star amenities, yet this hotel goes above and beyond, with such details as turndown service, with fresh bowl of fruit and mints by your bed, even organizing your luggage on stands. The decor of the entire historical property is outstanding. Lots of history to immerse yourself in. The famous bathrooms on lower level, the gallery, the foyer, all truly exceptional. Gym is spacious and well equipped even with Peloton bike among other equipment. Location is also great, close enough to Broadway but away from all the noise.

Thank you for being good neighbors during this ice storm. Being able to bring our pets with us gave us a much needed night of respite. You have gone above and beyond to help the local community, and will forever have my business. Your entire staff from the door to the desk, housekeeping to room service, was so kind and helpful. Thank you, sincerely, for being a bright spot in a very hard time. You are an asset to this city, you embody spreading love because it’s the Nashville way!

Probably one or the nicest, it not THE nicest, hotel I’ve ever stayed at (and I’ve stayed at MANY five star hotels). The ambiance, even before walking through the front door, says “old money” and “class.” With doormen and bellhops done right. The Lobby is nothing short of a masterpiece in architecture (early 19th century). Magnificent beyond magnificent. And the same goes for the rooms. And the staff… amazing! Five star service in every category. They really know what they’re doing there. I can’t wait to visit again.

We are having a beautiful time at this hotel. Upon check in, we were told about their tea service in partnership with Draper James. It was a lovely experience and truly made our visit. Not only was the tea and food really terrific, but we really appreciated our server, Aman. He was attentive and friendly, always with a smile on his face. We appreciate his service which helped make our overall experience really enjoyable.
